A veneer is a thin shell of ceramic bonded to the front of a tooth. It changes shape, colour and the spaces between teeth. Every photograph below is a real case treated here.
Every photograph is of a real patient here, published with their written consent and cropped to the mouth, so no face appears. The only things done to the files are cropping and white balance, so that the before and after sit at the same distance and in the same light, with the brightness of the teeth themselves left untouched — nothing is retouched, no filter is applied, and no tooth is made whiter than it was.

Drag the handle to compare. Both photographs were taken with the same camera, angle, distance and retractor on the same day. No colour or brightness has been adjusted, only cropping.
Results cannot be promised in advance. They differ from person to person, depending on the condition of the teeth.

Replacing old composite veneers with ceramic
Old composite veneers removedReplaced with ceramic veneersUpper front teethNumber of teeth treated — to be confirmedTime taken — to be confirmedNumber of visits — to be confirmed
Before — the old composite veneersAfter — the ceramic veneersAfter — from another angleAfter — a closer view
The before and after were taken on different occasions with different retractors, so this is not a strict like-for-like comparison. The white balance of the two sets measures close to the same, so the difference in tooth colour is real. No colour or brightness has been adjusted in any of them, only cropping.

Case 03
Ceramic veneers, upper and lower front teeth
Ceramic veneersUpper and lower front teethBefore and after taken 17 days apartNumber of teeth treated — to be confirmedNumber of visits — to be confirmed
BeforeAfter
Both photographs were taken with the same camera and lens, 17 days apart (6 and 23 January 2025), but at different aperture settings, so the light is not identical. The camera was also closer to the mouth for the second frame, which is part of why the teeth look larger in it. The two are framed to put the gum line at the same level; nothing about colour, brightness or the shape of the teeth has been changed. That is why they sit side by side here rather than under a wipe slider.
Results vary from person to person, depending on the condition of the teeth.
Case 04
Ceramic veneers matched to the patient's own tooth colour
Ceramic veneers, upper front teethShade chosen to sit with the patient's remaining natural teethBefore and after taken three weeks apartNumber of teeth treated — to be confirmedNumber of visits — to be confirmed
BeforeAfter
Veneers do not have to be the bright white of an advertisement. Here the patient and the dentist chose a shade close to the patient's own teeth, and shaped the veneers to go with his lips and his face. Look at the teeth further back in the after photograph: those are his own, untouched, and the veneers sit with them. Both photographs were taken with the same camera and lens, three weeks apart (13 January and 3 February 2025), and framed identically, with no colour or brightness adjustment. Drag the handle across the photograph to compare.
Results vary from person to person, depending on the condition of the teeth.

The first two frames measure almost the same for colour of light; the last one was taken under more neutral light. Part of the brighter look of the teeth in that last frame comes from the light, not from the treatment. The first photograph carries no date in the file. All three are cropped to the mouth only, with no colour or brightness adjustment.

Four angles rather than one, because a single straight-on frame hides as much as it shows. Each pair was shot from the same position before and after.

Case 10
Ceramic veneers on worn upper front teeth with uneven edges
Ceramic veneersUpper front teethBefore and after taken on different daysNumber of teeth treated — to be confirmedTime taken — to be confirmedNumber of visits — to be confirmed
BeforeAfter
The two photographs were taken on different days and with different retractors. The before photograph has a purple drape and warmer light, so the shadows inside the mouth are not the same in both. We framed them so the front teeth are the same width in each, which makes them comparable in size. No colour, brightness or tooth shape has been adjusted — only cropping. That is why the two are placed side by side rather than under a slider.
