Every tooth problem
has a way through

Na Jomtien · at the mouth of Soi Huai Yai — English spoken, prices published

Before you come

The four things people ask us first

Do your dentists speak English?

Yes — all of them. You will not be handed a phone with a translation app, and you will not need to bring a Thai friend to explain what hurts.

Our patients come from Thailand, Russia, China, Korea, Japan and Europe. English is the language most of those conversations happen in, so our dentists are used to explaining treatment in plain words rather than dental terms.

What will it cost?

Every price is published — see the list below and the full price list. Nothing is hidden until after the work is done.

On the day, the dentist examines you, tells you what they found, and gives you the total before starting. You can take that number home and think about it. Nobody will push you.

You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay), by Thai QR from your banking app, or in cash. No card fee on 1,000 THB and above. Below that there is a 3% card fee. 0% instalments over up to 10 months are available with KTC and KBank cards — a bank service, not a change to the treatment price. More on paying →

Can I come today?

Often yes. We are open every day, 10:00–19:00, including weekends and public holidays.

Calling or messaging first is faster, because it lets us tell you which dentist is in and how long you would wait. If you are in pain, say so when you call — we will fit you in as soon as we can.

Is everything sterilised?

Yes, and you can watch how. After every patient the chair, headrest, tray and light handle are wiped down and fresh covers go on.

Used instruments are scrubbed, rinsed, dried and heat-sealed into pouches, then run through a steam autoclave. They stay sealed in the drawer until they are needed.

Inside the clinic

What we actually have here

The CBCT 3D X-ray machine in its own room at the clinic
The 3D CBCT scanner, in its own room here at the clinic.
A treatment room with a timber-batten wall and a screen showing an X-ray
A treatment room. The screen is where you see your own X-ray.

3D CBCT scanner on site

Your scan is taken here, in its own room. You do not travel to another clinic and come back another day.

Intraoral scanner

A digital scan of your teeth instead of a tray of putty in your mouth.

Three treatment rooms with real doors

Not curtains. You can talk to your dentist without the waiting room hearing you.

A screen in every room

Your dentist opens your X-ray on screen and goes through it with you before anything starts.

Implant systems we place: Dentium · NeoDent · Osstem · Straumann. Which one suits you depends on your bone and your budget — the dentist will go through the differences with you rather than choose for you.

See for yourself

Two short clips from our own treatment rooms

Filmed at the clinic, not bought from a stock library. No sound — they just loop.

Left: a dentist going through a patient's X-ray on the screen in the room. Right: root canal treatment in progress, with the rubber dam in place.

Cleaning

What happens after you get up from the chair

Both clips were filmed in our own clinic on an ordinary day. They are sped up about twice, nothing else.

Wiping down the treatment unit

The chair — every time a patient leaves

  • The assistant works in a gown, hair cap, mask and gloves.
  • Everything you or the dentist touched is wiped down: the chair, the headrest, the instrument tray and the handle of the overhead light.
  • Fresh covers go on and a new bib is set out for the next patient.
Washing, sealing and sterilising instruments

The instruments — from the tray to the drawer

  1. Used instruments are soaked in cleaning solution and scrubbed one by one.
  2. They are rinsed under running water and laid out to dry.
  3. Each set goes into its own pouch, which is heat-sealed shut.
  4. The pouches go into a steam autoclave (Sturdy SA-252F). The tray cloths go in with them.
  5. Sterilised pouches are stored in drawers, still sealed, until they are needed.

At the mouth of Soi Huai Yai, on Sukhumvit

Coming from Pattaya, turn into Soi Huai Yai from Sukhumvit Road just before the railway crossing. We are on the corner, next to the blue building-materials shop.

There is a wide gravel car park down the side of the building, so you do not need to look for space on Sukhumvit.
